EMPIRE STUDIOS ANNOUNCES "IN SEARCH OF THE VIKINGS," A FEATURE DOCUMENTARY EXPLORING LEADERSHIP, NORWEGIAN HERITAGE, AND THE TIES THAT BIND US

NEW MILFORD, CT — Empire Studios is thrilled to announce the production of "In Search of the Vikings," an upcoming feature-length documentary that follows the personal and professional odyssey of Karen Norheim and Stephanie Delibertis. As the driving forces behind the American Crane & Equipment Corporation, the sisters are stepping away from the manufacturing floor to explore the ancestral landscape that shaped their tenacity.

Directed by award-winning filmmaker Chris Bryant (Soldiers of Vietnam, Planting Hope, The Other Half), the film bridges the gap between modern corporate leadership and ancient cultural roots. Production is officially scheduled to kick off this June in Bergen, Norway.

A Journey of Discovery

The documentary centers on a powerful narrative of self-discovery. The film's logline captures the heart of the project: Two sisters' journey of self-discovery as they trace their roots across Norway, while learning about leadership, courage, and heritage.

Through the lens of Norheim and Delibertis’ travels, "In Search of the Vikings" will delve into several core themes:

  • Heritage: Reconnecting with a storied past.

  • Courage: The bravery required to lead and to look inward.

  • Community: The global ties that bind us.

  • Leadership: How ancestral grit translates to modern business.

  • Sisterhood: The unique bond of women navigating high-stakes environments together.

"The film is shaping up to be a heart-felt, epic adventure that we can’t wait to take the audience along for," said Director Chris Bryant.

Production Credits and Timeline

The film is a collaborative effort between major industry players. American Crane & Equipment Corporation and Thomas Marketing Services serve as Executive Producers, with Empire Studios leading the production.

"In Search of the Vikings" is currently in active development. Following the start of production this summer, the film is scheduled for completion later this year. Upon its release, the documentary will enter the international film festival circuit, bringing this intimate story of legacy and leadership to a worldwide audience.

Further updates and production milestones will be shared as the journey unfolds.
